Our associates have over 25 years of experience in maintenance related to justice and healthcare facilities, as well as manufacturing plants and data centres. TorCan serves the public and private sectors and their respective agencies with a hands-on approach to project management and we pride ourselves in our ability to provide our clients with the tools and support to achieve their goals and beyond.

Paul Torkan is the Managing Director of TorCan FM Advisors. Specializing in maintenance optimization & facilities management, he is a professional engineer and maintenance specialist with over 25 years of experience.
Paul possesses extensive knowledge on preventative approaches to P3 projects and plant engineering with an emphasis on institutional maintenance.
